If you are serious about learning Dutch, but if you don't have enough time for a course, then this Meetup group may be something for you.
In the future I might organize sessions with different topics- grammar, speaking and reading- all skills are practised, at different levels.
I am an experienced language teacher with knowledge of many languages (I studied Chinese, some German, and some basics of a few classical languages at university level) and did linguistics courses as well. My main focus has been teaching Dutch (my native language).
