This evening workshop will be an introduction about how to better understand the signals your body sends you and how to respond to them in a more mindful and intentional way through, you will gain a better understand of the anxiety mechanism and reinforcing coping mechanism. We will practice simple exercises engaging the body to enhance body perception and body awareness.
From 19h30 to 21h. At my practice in Zürich.
Max 10 participants. Cost: fr. 10.-
