Practical tools to control, reduce and stop anxiety and panic attacks

On Sunday 28th of September, from 9h30 to 14h30, we will focus on how to better understand the signals your body sends you and how to respond to them in a more mindful and intentional way through:
• practicing breathing exercises,
• gaining a better understand of the anxiety mechanism,
• reinforcing coping strategies.

Number of participants: max 5 persons. Cost: fr. 150.-
