Details

This evening will be an introduction about how to reduce the control of the mind and give more space to our intuition.
By becoming more aware of the constant noises and judgmental of our mental, we will try to get more silence in the mind and calmness in the body so to contact more our intuition or, in another term, our self confidence.
We will practice simple exercises engaging the body to enhance silence and concentration.

From 19h30 to 21h. At my practice in Zürich.
