This evening workshop is an introduction to better understanding the signals your body sends you and learning how to respond to them in a more mindful and intentional way.
You will gain insight into how anxiety works and how coping mechanisms can become reinforced over time. We will practice simple exercises engaging the body to enhance body perception and body awareness.
