Practical tools to control, reduce and stop anxiety and panic attacks

On Sunday 29rd of March, from 10h to 14h, we will focus on how to better understand the signals your body sends you and how to respond to them in a more mindful and intentional way through:
• practicing breathing exercises,
• gaining a better understand of the anxiety mechanism,
• reinforcing coping strategies.

Number of participants: max 5 persons. Cost: fr. 150.-
