Ascension effortlessly and rapidly dissolves stress from the nervous system. We do not have to live our lives defined by our past history or future worries. Instead, we "Ascend" to rise above our old behavior patterns and self-limiting internal programs to live life fully.

- see how you can learn to Ascend
- bring the First Sphere course to your area
- browse resources and books
