Learn how to take the strain out of living, to relax and be mindful. Meditation lessons are for all levels of experience. We use the Kriya Yoga breathing exercises.
With an experienced tutor, meet in the Bristol area, BS6, every Thursday, 7pm to 8pm. No need to wear any special clothing.
A no-cost meditation session.
