New year's resolutions often don't stick, but the toolkit you can learn from The Thrive Programme does - and it's not just for Christmas, it's for life.
The best part is you can get it into place before this year is out!
I'm looking for 5-10 adults who are looking to make change. This new, in-person course is for anyone who wants to get to know themselves better, and to learn practical tools to actually be able to make the changes they've been wanting.
This is a hybrid course, with a series of group sessions (where you can share as much or as little as you like, but in a supportive environment) and individual coaching and support.
The Thrive Programme helps you to:
Create strong, robust self-esteem
Challenge beliefs that are holding you back
Build self-efficacy and personal agency
Have mastery over your emotions
Feel powerful and in control
Overcome any phobias or fears you have (I am a specialist in emetophobia, but also have had success in helping people overcome a range of phobias, fears and anxieties)
Change any unhelpful thinking styles
Quickly bounce-back from the hurdles of life
Develop amazing social confidence
Understand how you (and others) ‘tick’
