Learn Social Foxtrot🎶🪩🎶

Foxtrot is a smooth progressive dance. The music is similar to swing music but slower and characterized by long and flowing movements across the dance floor. We will be learning an American Social Style Foxtrot which is more compact and can be danced at socials and party events. We will also learn to expand the movements to fit larger dance floors.

We will cover basic patterns and men will learn how to lead using the ‘frame’ formed by the arms while women will learn how to respond to the lead and to execute graceful and balanced turns.

Please bring a pair of clean shoes to change into and we are a fragrance free studio.
