Unfortunately, the location is not free, so I will have to ask for **500 Yen for the session** to cover hiring the hall, and also help towards covering the Meet-up fee. Payment accepted as cash on the night.

Please note, the centre has a **"No Alcohol Policy"** so I'd ask people to stick to bringing soft drinks please.

The room is spacious and air conditioned / heated, and water is available if you want to bring your own cup. **Please take your own trash with you.**
