Want to try forest bathing? Here's your chance for a short sampler session - only 90 minutes.

It's easy, it's practical, and you'll feel the downshift of your stressed-out nervous system. It's not spiritual, nor a walk in the park. It's a fun way to be with nature with all your senses, and you'll walk away more relaxed.

What to expect:

  • The event is held rain or shine - dress in layers.
  • We walk only a short distance, so it's low activity (ie, dress warm)
  • I'll give you instructions (invitations) explore nature
  • You will stand, sit and be with nature
  • I'll provide something for you to sit on
  • Most participants say they discover a completely new way to enjoy nature.
  • After the event, if people wish, we could enjoy a coffee.

Pay by cash or Twint on site.
