A full 3-hour forest bathing based on the principles of Shinrin Yoku. A guided experience (you'll be trained in different nature-based resilience skills) to calm your nervous system and support burnout prevention. Start your new week calmer and refreshed. Nature for your well-being!
It's not spiritual, nor a walk in the park. It's a fun way to be with nature with all your senses. You'll feel the deep relaxation that can last for days.
What to expect:
- The event is held rain or shine - dress in layers.
- We walk only a short distance, so it's low activity (ie, dress warm)
- I'll give you instructions (invitations) to explore nature
- You will stand, sit and just be; we share our experiences afterwards
- I'll provide something for you to sit on
- Most participants say they discover a completely new way to enjoy nature.
