Performing Under Pressure: Building Boundaries, Communication Clarity & Sanity In Stress
A 90-minute interactive workshop on how your nervous system shapes stress, performance, and relationships.
Pressure is constant—at work, in tough conversations, job interviews, or balancing daily demands.
This workshop helps you understand and work with your body under stress, so you can communicate clearly, relate without being drained and show up like you know you can.
You’ll learn:

• The science of stress - and why mindset alone isn’t enough
• How to build stress agility
• Tools for boundaries, requests, and difficult interactions
• Ways to support others without absorbing their stress

About the Speaker

Catherine Peloquin is a Zug-based Learning & Development, and communications consultant with 15+ years in pharma- and medtech experience, coaching executives and teams through transformation.
She supports overthinking achievers to prevent burnout, strengthen executive presence, and communicate under pressure - building human capacity with performance science, somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing and biofeedback/neurofeedback. She also guides team well-being events in nature (Shinrin Yoku).

Registration Fee: CHF 20 - includes one drink at the post-event Apéro.

If you need to cancel please do so by 18.00 on 14 January so that the place can be reallocated. If you cancel after 14 January the registration fee will only be refunded if the place can be taken by another member.
