Introduction to Test-Driven Development using Svelte 5

Finally, it's time to Launch the shiny new group. 🚀🥳 For our first event, we collaborate with the "Wellington Testers" group on an intro to Test-Driven Development and an opportunity to network with the dev and test community. Your participation and feedback will obviously be extremely useful for continuing these events.

Topic:
Fans of TDD (Test-Driven Development) swear by its utility. But most organisations don't practice it. The term is relatively new but the concept has been in use for a long time. Dr. Moiz Penkar will talk about what is TDD and share some practical demonstrations (writing front-end web app code using Svelte). It will be an interactive session, so your questions/contributions will guide how deep or broad we go.

About the speaker:
Moiz is passionate about using technology for improving the living experience. Having a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, he likes to nerd out usability and interaction design. While he's not working as a front-end web developer, he's organising TED-Style Talks (and even a TEDx event last year).
