She is a graduate of Michigan State University and Golden Gate University. Catherine lives with her husband in Laguna Niguel, California.

Jacky Hood, author of Happy About Working to Stay Young: Expanded Careers for Boomers and Seniors, is a technical support manager and program manager for new product development. Jacky held management positions at ROLM Corporation, TRW , and BNR. Jacky has won several awards and appeared in Who's Who of American Women.
