Cyril Rayan is an accomplished professional who maintains a passion for leadership and a desire to develop skills in leaders around him. With more than 13 years of experience in International marketing and sales and 15 years experience working in the semiconductor/software industry, Rayan has been well exposed to various leadership structures. This experience has led Cyril Rayan to develop several seminars and courses on leadership, and he has spoken as a guest lecturer at many different conferences.
Currently, Rayan teaches Marketing, Management, and Leadership courses as an Assistant Professor at Bethany University. He is also an adjunct professor at William Jessup University and Jubilee Bible College. In 2007 Rayan published his book on leadership, “Moving from Vision to Reality”, which was an award winning finalist in the usabooknews general business category.
In March 2008, Cyril Rayan finished his tour in Kenya, Africa in which he trained more than 300 leaders in four different cities speaking in conferences titled "Moving from Vision to Reality”. Rayan holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Santa Clara University and is carrying out his current vision for a campus safety start-up Resiligence (https://www.resiligence.com)).
