Mindfulness is simple, but not easy!

And it's not just you! Since almost all of us are conditioned to be anything but present and accepting, it is a difficult task to develop the attitudes and skills of mindfulness and compassion.

And while many people cultivate this skill on their own, many others could use a little guidance and motivation.

There is no shame in needing this help!

This is why we've created a safe and supportive environment in which you can ask questions, share stories of challenges, and find support from the community and the coach leading the sessions.

Art Burns is a certified mindfulness teacher and stress reduction coach. In this role, he helps people build the foundation of mindfulness through simple and flexible practices of his own design. Through his knowledge and understanding of traditional mindfulness practices, he has created exercises that fit into your daily routine with minimal time requirements.

Art's approach to teaching holds that everyone is unique and lives a unique life, so one size definitely does not fit all when it comes to mindfulness practices. For this reason, Art loves to co-create practices with his students so they can make the practices their own and see much more sustainable results.

We'll meet every Thursday at 6:30 pm MST. (8:30 EST, 7:30 CST, 5:30 PST) And all are welcome! Whether you've been practicing for years or just discovered mindfulness practices recently, Art can offer you help and guidance!
