Join us for a relaxed and welcoming weekly Buddhist Meditation session suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Each week a Buddhist monk—Gen Kelsang Lachpa—offers simple yet profound guidance in meditation along with inspiration from Buddhist teachings. This is a great opportunity to find inner calm, clear your mind, and gain practical perspectives you can apply in daily life.

🔔 Important note: The main instruction and teaching are given in German, but the monk also speaks good English and is available for short conversations in English after the session, so everyone feels welcome.

Contribution: 10 CHF per person paid directly to the Buddhist Temple
