We will explore the Buddhist concept of – Living with death on one shoulder--- as a way to live more fully. Do you think a Living Wake/ Living Funeral has benefits? To experience your own death while still alive, a literal reset. This psychodrama – role play has gained popularity in South Korea.

We will look at other role playing / narratives and hacks as a vehicle to healing – personal growth – and living more fully. We will discuss incorporating legal plant medicines into this process or NOT as an adjunct to the healing process.
May be helpful to bring a pen and paper.
