Harmony Night is the Upper Valley’s multi-generational a cappella community chorus that features a mix of music from a variety of composers, eras, and cultures!

This chorus is under the direction of Mark Nelson of the Upper Valley Music Center and is open to all ages and everyone who loves to sing! No auditions are required and all experience levels are welcome.
Rehearsal Days & Times: Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

If you’re wondering if you can Belly Dance (you can!) or if it’s a good activity for general wellbeing and fun (it is!), this is the workshop for you. This is not an Intro class! This is a 60% off foundational Belly Dance class for new beginners or those who want a review of the basics. It is equivalent to the first three of Gina’s Beginner Belly Dance classes, worth $70. We’ll go over basic moves and we’ll do some mini-choreographies. All shapes, sizes, ability levels and genders are welcome.We’ll have a light-hearted atmosphere with plenty of laughter and a chance to give yourself some “Me Time” and a mental break from the world. No special clothing is required and no, you don’t have to show your belly!

Gina has a Master’s Degree in Dance and Master’s Degree in Social Work. She teaches Middle Eastern and American Belly Dance full-time and has taught in the Upper Valley for 18 years. Her dance company, The Raqs Salaam Dance Theater, is a favorite in regional shows, fairs and festivals, including their annual showcase at the Lebanon Opera House.
