What we’re about
This Meetup group is for people who love great curries, like trying new restaurants, and who enjoy meeting new people. It's as simple as that.
The Curry Club meets about twice a month at a range of curryhouses which are in and around Ledbury, including Bromyard, Tewkesbury, Hereford, Malvern, Ross and occasionally Cheltenham.
We have our favourites - like the Everest Eatery in Malvern Link and Sitara in Ledbury - but we are always looking for new places to try.
There is no membership fee. However, everyone attending a curry night contributes £2 which goes towards paying the fee for the Meet-Up subscription, and at the end of the year, any surplus is donated to a local charity.
So if you love curries, like trying new places, and would like to 'meet up' with an eclectic group of fellow curry-lovers for some good food, conversation and laughter, then do come and join us!
(We deliberately keep membership number under 50 - and unfortunately this does mean there's a waiting list, and it may be quite a few months before a space is freed up).

Several people have asked about the Marlbank Inn in Welland, as in the past we have had some great food there, but then also some less good experiences.
But it's now under new management and the recent Trip Advisor reviews are very good.
A table for 16 has now been booked, so hopefully no one will get left on a waitlist!
They have also asked if we could pre-order (not essential but if you can do so it will help food come quicker.) Their menu is on their Facebook page. Facebook Alternatively, you may like a Thali - small dishes of several different foods - see image above - 2 options - Veg or Meat. Fixed price.
Due to the large number of us, let's stick with one course, ie no starters.
