Join us for a walk on the fringes of Harrogate in nice varied countryside with views of two Victorian railway viaducts & the pretty village of Follifoot.
The walk starts at 09.50 at the Spacey Houses, Pannal bus stop outside the BMW garage, awaiting the 09.10 No.36 Harrogate bus from Leeds bus station.
Walking through Pannal village & down into the Crimple valley with views of the first viaduct.
We then proceed on paths & tracks to Follifoot village which will be lunch stop.
The return is through woods & lanes to go underneath the second viaduct & return to Pannal, the walk is approx. 10 miles with short uphill & downhill sections.
Please note: anyone coming by car, the village car park is now pay & display, but go further down into the village & turn left opp. the church where there is roadside parking near the small park & playground, the walk is coming down to there, so there is no need to walk back up to the bus stop.
