You are most welcome to join us on this Leeds CHA "B" walk to Pinhaw Beacon (388meters) for long reaching views to the Yorkshire Dales and over to Pendle Hill (weather permitting).
The walk heads south from Skipton to the village of Carlton-in-Craven from where we have a long steady climb to Pinhaw Beacon. We now head North West to Eslack Reservoir and then follow field paths back to Carlton-in Craven and re trace our steps back to Skipton.
A reasonable amount of fitness is required as it is a long steady climb to the Beacon in the morning and there are numerous stiles to negotiate through fields in the afternoon.
There is no charge to attend the first three CHA walks, but to attend further walks we request that you join our club for an annual membership of only £6. This will give you access to an unlimited number of walks, social events, coach trips and weekends away, in line with our parent club Leeds CHA Rambling and Social Club.
