Jesus said go into all the world and preach the gospel ("good news"). He told us the 'what', but the 'how' was left more open to interpretation. What is the most effective way to reach people with the gospel?
In the bible, we see different ways that people in the New Testament propagated the Gospel. We see the careful exposition of the book of Isaiah by Philip to the Ethiopian Eunuch, and in contrast we also see the direct rebuke and admonition by Peter to the Jews on the day of Pentecost. Perhaps without much forethought, we see the women who were the first to witness Jesus' empty tomb and swift to proclaim to the disciples the good news, all the way to the Apostle Paul who creatively utilised Greek poetry while sharing the good news with the Athenians, in the hopes of ensuring their understanding of the Gospel message.
Some prefer to go into depth with the Gospel when they speak to people, while others believe to keep the message short and simple. Is it a matter of one being right and the other being wrong? Is there a way to know which is right in any situation?
Join other pioneers at this meetup event for a great time of fellowship and sharpening our tools for sharing the gospel of Christ in these end times. You will be blessed and rewarded as you maximise opportunity to save the lost for Christ.
