Cow & Calf trek

Next weekend is looking like better weather than this one (at the moment). So how about getting out in the fresh air for a hike along the edge of Ilkley moor?

The plan will be to meet in the foyer of Ikley station at 12, then head on up to the moor for a picnic lunch. Either bring a picnic with you, or there will be places in town to buy something. Then we'll walk along the ridge to the famed Cow and Calf rocks and stop off at the pub for a drink. We'll head back along the lower path.

Disclaimer - the ridge is fairly high up, so there's a significant upward ascent at the beginning, which is why I've called this a trek and not a walk.
