Discussion: What is Sabbath?

Happy new year!

For better or worse, 2025 is done and in the past. 2026 here we go!

We're back to discussions and to start the year off we're going to be thinking about slowing down, stopping even, to consider the Sabbath. What is Sabbath? Did it only apply to ancient Israel? Should Sabbathing be a part of our Christian experience here and now?
