Ride Description:
From Leeds we head east on the canal then up through the woodlands of Temple Newsham Estate heading towards Authorpe.We then take a old bridleway up to Scholes before taking the new gravel cycleways up to Shadwell, followed by a series of tracks and bridleways through farmlands to Harewood Estate, where we stop for a refreshment break at the cafe. We then head to Golden Acre Park followed by Cookridge before skirting round Horsforth via Clayton Woods, then back down to the canal to Leeds.

Food: Takeaway from the cafe at Harewood, or bring your own.

Estimated Ride Duration: 4 - 5 hours

Technical/Physical Difficullty:
Intermediates/Beginners / One rocky trail section but nothing too technical small climb up in Harewood Park makes this a moderate rated ride but nothing too stressful.

Suitable For: Mountain Bikes only
