**Meet up time:** 09-45 am for a 10-00 am start

**Ride:** Off Road

**Place:** Mill Street East, near the Leggers Inn, Dewsbury, WF12 9AH.

**Ride Grading:** Red Moderate to Hard

**Ride Description:** Good mixture of Terrain including canal towpaths bridleways and some wooded sections. We pass through a nature reserve making this an interesting and pleasant ride. A little bit of uphill sections but nothing too severe. We have a lovely descent through the woods of Hartley Bank before rejoining the canal. We will stop here at the Navigation Inn for a refreshment stop, before heading back up to Saville Town via the Ossett Greenway and Earlsheaton Tunnel.

**DISTANCE:** 22 miles

**ESTIMATED RIDE DURATION:** 4-5 hrs

**TECHNICAL / PHYSICAL DIFFICULTY:** A few small rocky sections but nothing too technical. A couple of small climbs but nothing too strenuous makes this a moderate ride.

**SUITABLE FOR:** Mountain bikes /
**RECOMMENDSATIONS:** Spare tubes, tools, food, water

**SAFETY:** No Helmet = No Ride!
