Ride Description: We set of through the very picturesque parkland of St Ives and then pick up a bridleway which takes us onto Harden Moor, before heading down to Hainworth. From here we take a rocky track down through the woods to Keighley, where we pick up the cycle way to the canal. We then do a loop round Riddlesden and pick up a back road which leads us on to a good track round East Morton Moor, and on a downward slope we finish at the pretty village of East Morton, before picking up the Canal and heading back to St Ives.
There is a possible refreshment stop on this ride but bring your own food just in case.

TECHNICAL / PHYSICAL DIFFICULTY: A couple of climbs early on followed by a rocky descent then fairly easy going for the rest of the ride makes this a moderate ride
