👣🌳 Leeds Walking, Talking, and Cafe Community 👤☕️

Join our First Walk, Starting and Ending outside Batley Train Station 🚉.
Arrive outside by 2:35pm, we plan to set off by 2:40pm (2:45pm latest).
We plan to loop back to the starting point for those who need to catch a train before 4pm. Depending on time and other factors, we may shorten the walking route as the main point for this event is to gauge interest and for members to meet in person for the first time. By attending this event, you are agreeing to participate through your own choice and responsibility, the organisers are not liable for any risks or losses incurred. Please come in suitable footwear and clothing. Trainers or boots. Arms and legs covered as much as possible since we may be passing through paths where foliage may come in contact. Loose clothing is ideal.
The event is officially over at 3:45pm, though you are welcome to stick around and socialise afterwards if you have time.

Please note - this is The bean cafe at Wellington Place (about a 10-minute walk from Leeds Station, see picture below).
Unsure if there is parking nearby, public transport may be the best option —> Arrive outside for 2:30pm, we’ll be waiting outside by the outdoor seating area before heading in to (Please purchase at least one item from the venue - there is good variety and hopefully something for everyone - Smoothies, juices, soft drinks, teas, coffees, snacks).
We can sit outside on the seats and around the tables (weather permitting), or sit inside if there is space.
Please Update your RSPV by no later than Midday on the date of the event, this helps us prepare ahead so we can facilitate a good experience by knowing how many attendees to expect,
