Hey there Javascripters!
Our March meetup is on a truly fascinating topic and since we saw some of John's web 3D and web game demos, we've wanted him to talk on the subject. We're very excited to have him talk for us!
Here is a brief intro from John:
"Have you ever wondered how AAA games look so amazing? or how the evolution of graphics hardware and APIs have had an impact on the field of real-time rendering?
How would any of these things affect modern web development and digital media in the age of Virtual Reality? Learn about the history of 3D Computer Graphics for the web, from WebGL to CSS3D, and why the future of the internet is 3D."
As ever we will have demos of February's challenge to come up with a learning plan for ES2015. We have some awesome prize sponsors and some great swag to give away.
There will be food and drink beforehand. We hope to see you there at 6:45 for a brief chat before the main talk starts at 7:30. Most people show up early to have a drink, network and talk about all things JavaScript before the talk.
Please note the group is intended for developers looking to expand their knowledge in a recruiter free zone. Whilst interest from recruitment consultants is nice we have a no recruiters policy.
