The Angels of Freedom are working with the Leeds United Foundation to start delivering a FREE weekly fitness through football session based in Leeds city centre.
All experience and fitness levels welcome, including absolute beginners.
Weekly sessions delivered by LUFC coaches. Sessions are non competitive, team building and focused on fitness & fun.
No booking required, just turn up on the day.
