Queer Creatives: strolling and creating together
Details
Thanks to funding from Being You Leeds, we’re delivering a series of FREE monthly events from December through June to celebrate our LGBTQ+ communities. These events are all about getting outdoors, enjoying a bit of physical activity, and connecting with others—while trying something new and creative together.
✨ Next up: Sunday 18 January 2026
We’re teaming up with @seeyounaked and @craftea for an afternoon of walking, talking, and art-making!
📍 Meet outside Three Cottages Café, Meanwood Park at 2:45pm
🚶♀️ Start at 3pm with a scenic walk through Meanwood Park, where you’ll have the chance to connect, observe, and collect items of interest.
🎨 Then head to Craftea for refreshments and a creative session led by See You Naked. Using charcoal transfer paper, you can create portraits (of yourself or others) or artistic impressions of what you’ve seen along the walk. Materials will be provided, and you’re welcome to incorporate anything you’ve collected along the way.
🕖 Session finishes by 7pm
| 💜 Everyone is welcome—let’s bring our diverse communities together! |
