### 🎾 Outdoor Tennis Season Finale! 🎾

Our longest outdoor tennis season yet is coming to an end! After playing every Sunday since April, join us at Burley Park for one final afternoon of tennis before we pack away the racquets for autumn. 🍂

Whether you have been with us every week, joined us once or twice, have not been for ages, or usually come to our squash or badminton sessions instead, everyone is welcome to come along and celebrate the end of the season with us. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

What to Expect
2 hours of beginner-level, non-competitive, social tennis doubles. We are happy to show you how to play and we rotate pairings throughout.

As it is our Season Finale, there may also be some tennis-themed cakes! 🎾🍰 And once tennis finishes, we will head over to the nearby Cardigan Arms for a drink together. Autumn is here, so apparently it is time to swap our short-sleeved tennis T-shirts for cardigan arms. 🍻🍂

What to Bring
Suitable sportswear, trainers and a bottle of water. We have everything you need to play, including racquets and balls, all completely free.

Where to Go
Join us at the outdoor tennis courts at Burley Park, Leeds, just a few minutes' walk from Burley Park station. Free on-street parking is available nearby.

This event is weather-dependent, so to keep everyone safe we may need to make last-minute changes based on the conditions at the time.

And although this is goodbye to outdoor tennis for 2026, it is definitely not goodbye to Leeds Racquets Club! 🪿
