Welcome to the Legacy Wealth Builders Investor Meetup! This real estate meetup offers the opportunity to network with other real estate people, have some fun and walk away with valuable education. If you are a wholesaler, considering investing, just getting started, looking to grow, experienced or a builder/developer; you will find value. Realtors who want to increase their value, Mortgage Professionals looking to build relationships, Private Money and those looking to invest their capital in real estate deals without having to “deal” with the real estate, are all welcome.

Topic: We will be discussing the benefits of the Value-Add approach to investing in real estate long-term, what specific improvements bring the greatest rewards and how to save your profits from being eaten by the “Maintenance Monster”.
Special Guest Speakers: Daniel Falcon, local Investor/Developer, Owner of Lancaster Cigar, Old San Juan restaurant and Casa Blanca event space will be accompanied by his son, Danny Falcon Jr, experienced contractor and owner of Dynamic Bath. They each bring unique insight and valuable perspective.
Itinerary:
6-7pm, NETWORKING HOUR, The bar will be open for business, name tags are encouraged and we’ll have sticky’s you can write your name on with markers.
7-8pm, POWER HOUR, this is when you take your seat, get that notebook or device out and take notes! We are sharing valuable information in real estate for FREE and we’re learning from Industry Professionals with firsthand knowledge. During this hour, we encourage participation and welcome those with questions or who might have special insight or experiences to share with the group.
8-8:30pm, OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS, the last half hour is your opportunity to go find the answers to very specific questions, talk to potential partners or team members, get the guidance you need, get help evaluating a deal, find a deal from a wholesaler, buy someone a drink :)
