As the founder and director of **Career Explorations**, a premier global internship program, Todd helped thousands of high school and college students discover their professional passions, gain real-world experience, and cultivate elite skills for career and life success. He later co-founded and expanded **Dream Careers and Discovery Internships**, scaling its impact to a broader global audience.

Committed to empowering the next generation, Todd led **Huntington Learning Centers** in Yorktown and Scarsdale, transforming the academic trajectories of high-potential and high performing students and student-athletes.
