Legal Cryptocurrencies for VCs and CEOs

We are going to write a letter to the SEC and FinCEN asking questions about regulation of cryptocurrencies and SAFTs (ICOs). This will be delivered via a congressional member & your names will not be used, so this is THE opportunity for us to get some hard and pointed questions into the formal process.
This has been suggested by Dave Moss of Northstar Strategies, Government Relations expert in the cryptocurrency field. Please attend our first meeting and help brainstorm and compose this list of
questions. This is a prelude to a series of congressional meetings happening in the next month. We have a short window of opportunity to influence Federal policy.
Our management team has been visiting Congress and the White House for the past few months and have been given extraordinary access...congressional leaders are completely open to input and fully
aware of the delicate balance between under regulation and over regulation. They want and need the input of the entrepreneurial community. Please help us give them the right answers and help them
combat fear mongering by other groups.
