The importance of facilitation skills
Facilitation skills are essential for you when you lead a workshop using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method. Effective facilitation makes a difference. With developed facilitation abilities, you create an environment that encourages participation, fosters collaboration, and aims for useful outcomes.

What is a catch-up workshop?
A catch-up workshop is a specific event that focuses on practicing and refining facilitation skills. We designed this workshop to give participants the opportunity to apply their facilitation knowledge in a hands-on, supportive environment.

The primary goal of a catch-up workshop is to give you, facilitator of the LSP method, the chance to "catch up" on your skills and mastering your techniques through practice. Participants take turns leading small group, practicing exercises out of the Practical Guide Future Skills. The other advantages of this catch-up workshop is to experience once again the position as participant while colleagues lead the workshop.
By participating in a catch-up workshop, facilitators can identify areas for improvement, experiment with new approaches, and receive valuable insights that can be immediately applied to their work. And you experience the power of these workshops and how to get them into practise with your clients.

This Practioner ‘Catch-Up’ Workshop is invaluable for those who want to continuously develop their facilitation expertise and stay at the forefront of their field.
