SERVICE DESIGN THINKING WITH LEGO© SERIOUS PLAY© 2 day workshop

In this unique two-day training workshop, you will learn new techniques how to build and co-create better services using Service Design Thinking logic enhanced by Lego© Serious Play© (LSP).

The workshop has no prerequisites / no preliminary training is needed. Everyone with an interest to learn and deepen skills in Service Design Thinking enhanced by Lego© Serious Play© and other visual tools, can participate.

We simulate together how LEGO© bricks and LEGO© Serious Play© method and materials can be used to enhance the Service Design Thinking phases and how the use of them will affect the results. You will get Training Material, Exclusive Guide to Service Design Thinking with Lego© Bricks, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Soft Drinks and Unlimited Coffee!

Trainers are Lucio Margulis, certified trainer of facilitators in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Minna Pura and Juha Ruuska.

It may be necessary to change the content, timing and venue, and the organisers reserve the right to make such changes. If the workshop takes place but you are unable to attend, whether for reasons within or beyond your control, the above conditions in relation to substitutions and cancellations will apply. You may find substitute of your choosing if you are not able to participate. The organiser have the right to refuse entry to the workshop/training, if the registration fees are not paid in time; or if they consider a registration to be invalid. The Early Bird discount (1190,- + VAT 24%) applies only to registration where payment is received before 30th June 2019. Any unpaid invoices at this date will revert to the standard full payment charge. The Standard price (1390,- +VAT24%) applies to registration where payment is received after 30th of June 2019.
