LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®-Methode live: Creating a shared vision

Zusammen mit WIT Ruhr (Women in Tech) starten wir in die live Saison. Seid dabei und baut mit uns eine gemeinsame Vision. Das Event wird in englisch, deutsch oder einem Mix aus beidem stattfinden, ganz nach Wunsch der Teilnehmenden.

LSP is a powerful technique that helps access implicit knowledge of individuals and teams and unleashes creative energies many forgot they have. It is successfully used by many companies around the globe to improve strategy development, problem solving, team building and other projects.

We will cover little theory, and then deep-dive into the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® experience starting with some basic exercises and then creating a shared vision for our WIT (Women in Tech) Ruhr community.

Join in and play with us, no matter whether you’re a member of WIT Ruhr or not. We’re looking forward to everyone (yes, also men) curious to try the method and willing to share their ideas on what makes a vibrant community.

We’ll provide the bricks and drinks, and some snacks for the networking part following the LSP experience.

We are so much looking forward to meeting you live (again) after what feels like an eternity. Please note that the “3G-rule” applies: you need to be vaccinated, recovered or tested (with a negative result) to participate. The number of participants is limited.
