Matthias Renner is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator (since 2016), trained by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
He works with companies, public institutions, and nonprofits to solve complex challenges through creative collaboration. His facilitation is clear, empathetic, and focused – no jargon, no slides, just honest conversations and structured thinking.
Matthias is also a trained systemic coach and mediator.
