What we’re about

You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can from a lifetime of conversation" – Plato

Meetup group for people who are interested in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, based on the belief that everyone can contribute to the discussion, the decisions and the outcome.

We will begin with a fun, hands-on introduction, ideal for those who have not experienced the method before. LEGO will be supplied. There will be opportunities for experimentation and exploring different themes: Team Building, Readiness for Change.

At this stage Meetups are planned for 16 May - 15 August - 21 November - 20 February 2025.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is an innovative process which combines visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic learning styles into a single creative approach to solving wicked problems.
Using metaphor and storytelling to drive new insights, is what gives LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® its power.

Change the process… change the outcome.

To thrive in today’s fast paced workplace, individuals need to learn to think and act creatively by playing, collaborating, and testing boundaries (Reznick, 2017). The ability to be creative is noted as a top trait for emerging and successful leaders.
