LEGO® SERIOUS SCRUM with a Professional Dev Team

If Scrum were to be reduced to one purpose and one purpose only, it would be to achieve Agility through the creation of a "Done" increment.
The Development Team is one of the three roles in the Scrum framework and a very important one. They are the ones that deliver a potentially "done" increment so that the Increment can be inspected, adapted and validated whether business objectives are being met.

Often much attention goes towards the role of the Scrum Master and the Product Owner. Only fluffy topics and engineering practice such as T-Shape, and CI/CD are discussed about the Development team. How is it that the Development Team is the center of the universe, and yet receives so little attention. It is time to change this!

In the third meetup, we'll be using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® techniques to dive into the world of the Development Team and answer a big Scrum challenge from their perspective.

What is this challenge? We will find out on the 9th of March in Utrecht.
