Creeks, Forest, and Snow?

The Beaver Brook Trail connects Lookout Mountain to the incredibly pleasant Chavez loop up in Genesee. I've done this system as both a point-to-point and an out-and-back from the lowest trailhead on Hwy 6. I've done just Chavez from the top. But I've never started here off of Spruce Rd in Cody Park. Starting here means we get only the best parts without the crowded section closer to Golden. There will be stunning views of clear creek down below, babbling brooks, possibly a cascading waterfall or two, and yes, probably still some snow in the shade. Who knows? But let's try it. I love this area.
