Qigong (aka Chi Kung) is an ancient meditative and movement art practiced in China for thousands of years, often practiced alongside Taiji (aka Tai Chi). Qigong promotes robust health, well-being, strength, and balance, along with focused awareness and relaxation through a combination of breathing techniques, moving meditation, and still meditation.
Students may join this revolving Virtual Qigong course at any point to cover 4 months' worth of easy to follow and highly effective Qigong material. Those near the Lehigh Valley area may attend in person as well. The focus of the course is to develop a solid practical understanding of how to effectively practice and cultivate Qigong skills. The course cost for the first 4 months is $99/month, then $36/month to continue learning and refining after 4 months.
The course will cover the fundamentals of the 3 Emperors Qigong model, Qigong breathing techniques, 6 different Qigong movement routines, sensing and balancing Qi, cultivating the 8 Extraordinary Meridians, seated meditation, and dispersal self-massage. The course includes videos covering each routine that students can easily follow along with on their own.
