Details
The southern side of the Blue Mountain is a great location for late migrants, while also having a good variety of local breeding birds such as Prairie Warbler, Hooded Warbler, Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and Scarlet Tanager. This walk will also help participants learn how to ID certain species by ear. Approximately 4 miles of walking involved.
Meet at the parking lot along Route 309 (approximately 0.75 miles north of Mountain/Mosserville Road) at 40.716456, -75.768761.
