Real Estate Meetup

This group will include investors, agents, lenders, property managers and aspiring investors curious in how to get started.

This months speaker is Pawl Good. Pawl is a local real estate investor based out of Whitehall PA. He is one of the most uncompromising optimistic, energetic and motivational guys you may ever meet. In 2017, after attending lots of local real estate meetups for 2 years, he finally got his first wholesale deal and made $4,000 with only 22hrs of work. Shortly thereafter he quit his full time job and dived in deep and hard. Having completed his first full time year as an investor making a 6 figures income, his business practically doubled year over year.
Pawl focuses on acquiring first time home buyer fix and flips and rental properties though direct mail marketing. Along the way he has also purchased or partnered on AirBnBs, multi-units, storage facilities, land development, commercial/industrial redevelopment, and dapples in private lending.
Pawl loves to talk shop with anyone and everyone from the most experienced national syndication managers/owners to the newbee off the street. He has a drive and passion to learn more and motivate more.
Pawl has two awesome children and spends his off work time cooking, lawn mowing, boating, watching hockey, Youtubing or on the soccer sidelines.

The remainder of the time will be left for networking and connecting with the rest of the group. This event will be at Weyerbacher Brewing. There is no charge to attend this event!
