The Lehigh Valley Psychedelic Society is hosting a Sacred Cacao Ceremony on Saturday, August 10thth, 3-5 pm in Kutztown, PA. The ceremony will be facilitated by healer, FreeDom, who is a student in the Initiatic Tradition and has received blessings from her teachers to carry sacred Cacao.
Our ceremonies usually sell out quickly, so please purchase your tickets in advance. Space is limited to 19 people.
Cacao is a gentle beautiful plant medicine. When consumed intentionally, it subtly releases energy blockages and opens our energy channels. It can open our minds and soften our hearts.
Similar to huanchuma (San Pedro) and MDMA, Cacao opens the doorway to our hearts, teaching us how to live consciously and break down our barriers to connection. If you’ve been curious to sit with other master plants such as Ayahuasca, psilocybin, and huachuma, attending a cacao ceremony will be a great introduction to the depths of sacred plant-medicines.
FreeDom has been a healing artist for over 23 years. She works with several massage modalities & energy work. FreeDom is a healer, who teaches herbal workshops and makes custom herbal remedies for her clients. She does shamanic healings in private ceremonial settings, life coaching, and retreats to empower the divine feminine. IG- @mama_flowers
Tickets are income based sliding scale between $40-$50, but if you can not afford a ticket, please email lvpsychedelicsociety@gmail.com. The exact location will be sent out in the ticket confirmation email.
Things to know:
- Refrain from eating a few hours before ceremony. The subtle sensations of cacao can be better felt on an empty stomach.
- Bring a yoga mat, cushion, or meditation chair. We have some available, but bring your own if you like to use it.
- DO NOT BE LATE. Our ceremonies have an intentional opening, so late comers will not be able to join once we have started. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to park, hit traffic, or settle into your spot in the circle.
