Nonagenarian Professor Dr. Richard Schwartz, PhD, who among other books also wrote "Judaism and Vegetarianism," "Who Stole my Religion," "Judaism and World Survival," "Vegan Revolution," and published over 300 articles on Jewish-vegan.org and is a leading Jewish vegan advocate, who together with the additional speakers are making a compelling case for going vegan to save our imperiled planet.
(2.) Rabbi David Rosen, former Chief Rabbi of Ireland, special advisor to Abrahamic Family House in Abu Dhabi, and for more than two decades was Int'l Dir. of the Interreligious Affairs of the American Jewish Committee
